WTFemme Events
Join us at one of our upcoming shows happening across DFW. While we’re primarily based in our hometown of Denton, Texas, our team’s reach spreads across the DFW metroplex and are available for support in additional locations, such as Austin, Houston and even out of state.
Land Acknowledgement
We want to acknowledge that we are gathered on the traditional lands of the Wichita, Tawakoni, Kickapoo, and Jumano peoples. We acknowledge the history of colonization that has taken place on these lands, and the ongoing impacts of this history on Indigenous peoples today. We recognize that the Wichita, Tawakoni, Kickapoo, and Jumano peoples have been stewards of this land since time immemorial, and we honor their continued connection to this place. We commit to listening and learning from Indigenous peoples, and to working towards greater understanding and reconciliation.
Land Back: Taking Action Beyond Acknowledgements
As part of our efforts to support the Land Back Movement, WTFemme Productions offers free general admission to all productions without proof of heritage. Marie has worked in the event production industry since 2014. From monthly showcases during her undergrad at UNT, to multi-million dollar festivals across the DFW Metroplex, Marie has a well-seasoned, eclectic knowledge of what it takes to produce one-of-a kind creative experiences. Marie is also the co-host of WTFemme!? Podcast with co-producer Birdie Holly.

Birdie Holly is a fan favorite across the state of Texas. Having performed across the U.S. since 2016, Birdie’s connected with artists from all over and takes pride in bringing world-class talent to the WTFemme stages. Birdie is also the co-host of WTFemme!? Podcast with Marie de Menthe.
