FemmeFest 2025 Vendor Application

Thanks for applying to be a vendor at FemmeFest 2025, happening September 11- 13th in downtown Denton. We’re so excited to learn more about your organization or business. Please complete the vendor application included below before Friday, July 11th, 2025. A reminder that all vendors will receive a 10x10 space when vending at Rubber Gloves Rehearsal Studios. Vendors are expected to bring their own table, seating, and lighting.

Once accepted, vendors are required to pay a $30 vendor fee. Nonprofit and community support organizations are not required to pay a fee. QTPOC LGBTIQA2S+ vendors to the front. Discount rates are available for our QTPOC vendor applicants.
